Real Chemistry is looking for a Senior Director, Growth to join our growing UK-based new business team!
This is a hybrid role, based in any of our UK offices – London preferred.
We are looking for a strategic, collaborative, and hands-on growth leader who can support high-impact new business pitches and major organic growth opportunities across our healthcare portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Strategy and Transformation, this role helps guide the pitch process and ensures that our responses are integrated, compelling, and aligned with our agency’s strengths.
In this role, you will help shape how we show up to prospective clients by turning client briefs into clear, differentiated stories that highlight our creativity, insights, and understanding of the healthcare landscape.
What you’ll do:

Partner with Client Leads, Growth Leaders, and cross-functional teams to lead and support key parts of the pitch process from RFI/RFP through final presentation.

Translate client briefs into strategic frameworks and pitch narratives that align with client needs and Real Chemistry capabilities.

Collaborate across capabilities to ensure integrated, cohesive, and differentiated points of view.

Manage timelines, deliverables, and workflows across multiple workstreams.

Keep senior stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and resource needs.

Support the development of pitch materials including proposals, decks, videos, and presentations.

Participate in post-pitch debriefs and help capture learnings to strengthen future processes.

Contribute to tracking win rates, performance trends, and pitch learnings.

Identify relevant case studies for new business efforts and ensure credentials and materials are up to date.

Partner with marketing on award submissions related to new business.

Conduct research on potential clients, competitors, markets, and sector trends to support pitch planning.

What you should have:

7–10 years in an advertising, communications, or integrated marketing agency environment, ideally with healthcare experience.

Experience leading or supporting successful pitches in a fast-paced agency setting.

Strong storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.

Solid understanding of integrated marketing, digital channels, and the UK/European healthcare landscape.

Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working across disciplines.

Highly organised and calm under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects.

Familiarity with new business reporting or performance-tracking tools.

Understanding of healthcare industry trends and competitive landscapes.
