CTG is seeking a highly organized and collaborative Marketing Specialist to support high-priority marketing initiatives within a fast-paced global environment. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong project coordination, communication, and operational support experience who thrives in cross-functional team settings.

Location: Morrisville, NC (Hybrid Remote)
Duration: 12+ months, with possibility for extension

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support cross-functional marketing and operational projects.
Track project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and action items.
Prepare executive presentations, reports, status updates, and briefing materials.
Maintain dashboards, project trackers, and operational documentation.
Support business reviews, team meetings, and strategic planning activities.
Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of priorities.
Identify process improvements and support operational efficiency initiatives.
Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, consulting, or related fields.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration/project management tools.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting marketing or go-to-market teams.
Familiarity with executive communications and business review processes.
Interest in technology, consumer products, or marketing strategy.
Experience in matrixed or global organizations preferred.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
Equivalent experience will also be considered.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
