About the team
We are looking for an experienced, strategic and commercially minded Account Director to join our team, overseeing a portfolio of established and new B2B brands. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who combines deep media planning expertise with exceptional client management skills. You will take full ownership of key client relationships, lead media strategy across multiple accounts and develop a high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to operate at a senior level within the European media team.
You will be based 2 days in our Shad Thames office in London.
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing media planning role, with a strong track record executing campaigns across digital (social, programmatic, search, display & video) and traditional (out of home, print) media
- A strategic champion of AI in media – setting the standard for AI adoption across the team, including AI-powered audience insights, automated reporting, modelling and using AI to elevate client strategy and agency efficiency
- A commercially astute leader with a proven track record of building, retaining and expanding client relationships
- A strategic thinker, confident in translating client business objectives into effective media strategies aligned with broader commercial goals
- An experienced team leader and mentor with a genuine passion for developing talent and fostering a culture of growth, curiosity and high performance
- A proactive problem solver who manages client expectations independently and navigates complex challenges with a solutions-first mindset
- Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellence across every aspect of the role
- Strong financial acumen – experienced in managing budgets, revenue forecasting and profitability tracking across multiple accounts
- Confident understanding of ad tech tools, paid social and search fundamentals and emerging channels
- An outstanding communicator with the ability to craft and deliver compelling presentations that influence senior client stakeholders
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' marketing objectives, commercial goals, team structures and MarTech stacks to provide high-value strategic media counsel
- Take full ownership of client relationships across your portfolio, ensuring satisfaction, growth and alignment with business objectives
- Lead media strategy and planning across multiple accounts, ensuring all campaigns are insight-driven, measurable and effective
- Set the standard for AI integration across the team – identifying and embedding AI tools and workflows that improve the quality, speed and creativity of campaign planning, reporting and client deliverables
- Take a leading role in new business pitches and client onboarding, contributing to agency growth with oversight and support from the Media Director
- Provide thought leadership and forward-looking industry insights to help clients navigate the evolving media landscape
- Oversee and develop a high-performing team, providing leadership, mentorship and structured career development support
- Ensure all client deliverables meet the highest quality standards – from strategic recommendations through to execution, reporting, finance tracking and campaign wrap-up
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors and media partners to drive seamless, integrated campaign execution
- Own financial management across your accounts, including revenue forecasting, budget tracking and profitability – with oversight from the Media Director
- Act as a senior escalation point for both client and internal teams, maintaining a proactive, solutions-focused approach
