This role sits at the intersection of internal communications, digital workplace experience, and technical program coordination, supporting the evolution of enterprise intranet and email engagement platforms. You will play a key role in shaping how employees access, consume, and interact with internal content through SharePoint-based sites and email analytics tools. Working closely with stakeholders across communications, IT, and corporate functions, you will translate business needs into scalable digital solutions. The environment is highly collaborative and remote-first, requiring strong coordination across distributed teams. You will also contribute to training, governance, and continuous improvement of internal communication tools. This is a hands-on role combining technical understanding, stakeholder management, and content strategy execution.

Accountabilities
- Manage and support internal communication platforms, including SharePoint sites and email analytics tools, ensuring functionality, usability, and alignment with corporate communication goals.
- Act as a key liaison between stakeholders and IT teams by gathering requirements, defining specifications, managing timelines, and tracking delivery of intranet enhancements.
- Develop, deliver, and continuously update training materials and documentation, while providing direct support and education to end users on tools and best practices.
- Oversee configuration, maintenance, and optimization of SharePoint components such as web parts, lists, permissions, workflows, and site layouts.
- Lead initiatives related to email analytics platforms, including vendor coordination, licensing management, system testing, and performance reporting.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on intranet and communication tool usage, engagement, and satisfaction metrics to inform improvements.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication through tools such as email, ticketing systems, and collaboration platforms to ensure transparency and timely resolution of requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or a related field, with 5–7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong experience working with Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Office 365 tools, including site management, permissions, and workflows.
- 3–5 years of experience with email analytics platforms such as PoliteMail or similar tools, including reporting and optimization.
- Demonstrated experience in technical training, user enablement, or stakeholder education in a digital or enterprise environment.
- Working knowledge of web technologies such as HTML and ability to troubleshoot basic technical or configuration issues.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer-focused and detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional environments using tools such as Zoom, Teams, and ticketing systems.
