Drives revenue and growth across new and existing advertisers and partners within
an assigned category in the Spanish speaking market, building pipeline, developing proposals, and converting opportunities into revenue
Your responsibilities
Act as a category expert, bringing market insight, competitor intelligence, and advertiser trends into sales process
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new and existing advertiser/partner opportunities within assigned categories
Identify, qualify, and prioritize revenue opportunities aligned with category and regional sales targets
Develop tailored media and partnership proposals with support from internal teams
Lead outreach, client meetings, commercial pitches, and negotiations • Convert opportunities into signed deals and ensure a clear handover for campaign execution
Grow and nurture existing advertisers and partners by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities • Identify cross-platform sales opportunities across IAG assets
Build and strengthen relationships with advertisers, agencies, and partners, especially within Spain and LatAm
Track pipeline performance, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts accurately Share client feedback internally to support product development and commercial improvement
Your skills, experience and qualifications
5+ years of media sales experience, ideally across digital, travel, retail media, or multi-platform advertising environments
Proven experience in cross-platform selling, including digital, VOD (Video on Demand), press, OOH/DOOH
Strong media agency connections in Spain, with the ability to open doors and build relationships
Strong category experience, with deep expertise in at least one of the targeted (detailed at “Categories specialization”)
Solid track-record of prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and converting both new and existing clients
Experience developing tailored media proposals and commercial pitches for advertisers and partners
Solid understanding of media planning, campaign performance, and advertiser/partner objectives
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Highly organized and proactive, with strong pipeline management and follow-up discipline
Collaborative approach to working with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Account Management team
