You will be developing strategic marketing plans for the hotel and then overseeing the implementation and execution of the various efforts associated with the marketing plan. This might include evaluating the results of different marketing campaigns, spearheading market research efforts, or coordinating initiatives across a variety of channels. As a Director of Marketing Communications, you’re not just executing marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
About the Role
As Director of Marketing Communications at Conrad Singapore Orchard, you will lead the strategic direction, development, and execution of integrated marketing and communications initiatives across the hotel’s key commercial pillars — Rooms, Food & Beverage, Groups, Meetings & Events, and Weddings.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will serve as the custodian of the hotel’s brand positioning, reputation, and voice, shaping how the property is presented across every guest and customer touchpoint. Working closely with senior leadership and operational stakeholders, you will develop strategies that strengthen brand visibility, drive commercial performance, elevate guest engagement, and reinforce the hotel’s position within Singapore’s luxury hospitality landscape.
This role oversees the hotel’s integrated approach across brand marketing, digital, content, social media, public relations, partnerships, and communications — ensuring all activities are strategically aligned to business priorities and commercial objectives.
As a departmental leader, you will provide direction and mentorship to the Marketing Communications team, fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and creatively driven culture while championing excellence in execution, innovation, and cross-functional partnership across the business.
