E Ink is seeking a PR & Content Manager to support the development and execution of PR and content initiatives that increase brand awareness and promote the value of E Ink’s innovative ePaper technology. This role will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality and engaging content aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own external communications and public relations activities, including press releases, media interviews, awards, and speaking opportunities
- Manage executive spokespeople's communication activities, including but not limited to social media posts, event activations, speaking opportunities, presentations, press interviews, and more
- Design, launch, and manage marketing campaigns across web, search, social, email, and other marketing collateral:
- Support the creation of long-form content for whitepapers and case studies
- Create and promote content via owned channels like blogs, social media, email, and webinars
- Engage and manage partners in co-marketing initiatives from owned channels like blogs, webinars, and case studies to third-party activities including events and speaking opportunities
- Assist in creating and managing the social media strategy and execution: calendar planning, content development, posting, and measurement
- Publish internal newsletters that promote and engage employees and highlight accomplishments and corporate goals
- Partner with internal stakeholders (sales, engineering, and marketing teams) to translate technical concepts into engaging, audience-friendly content
- Monitor social media channels and engage with audiences in a timely and professional manner
- Track and analyze content performance using analytics tools; provide regular reporting and recommendations
- Attend trade shows and marketing events as necessary.
Qualifications
- BA or BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in marketing or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player who is positive, proactive and motivated with a strong work ethic
- An independent, self-starter with great organization and planning skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, HubSpot and WordPress
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce.com and Google Analytics
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
