We are looking for a motivated and organised Marketing Assistant to join our team and support a wide range of marketing activities.
This is a broad, hands-on role offering exposure to multiple areas of marketing, including digital, content, events, and partner coordination. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager, supporting day-to-day activity, helping deliver campaigns, managing content updates, and keeping projects organised and on track.
This entry level role is designed to give you a strong foundation in marketing, with the opportunity to explore different areas including practical, real-world experience across a variety of tools and platforms.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns across a range of channels
Assisting with website updates, including content, pricing, and accuracy
Helping create and proofread marketing content such as blogs, emails, and case studies
Supporting social media activity (including LinkedIn) and email marketing campaigns
Liaising with internal teams and external partners to keep projects running smoothly
Assisting with webinars, events, and marketing activities
Providing day-to-day support to the Marketing Manager across a variety of tasks
What We’re Looking For
Essential
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Basic IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word)
Desirable
Interest in marketing, sustainability, or business
Familiarity with social media (especially LinkedIn)
Awareness of digital marketing
