At Onoff, CRM is a core growth lever directly tied to product usage, retention, and monetization.
We’re looking for a CRM Marketing Manager B2B to take full ownership of the user lifecycle across our SaaS products from onboarding and activation to retention, expansion, and win-back.
You will operate at the intersection of Product, Data, Growth, and Marketing to design and scale behavior-driven CRM journeys that increase engagement, reduce churn, and maximize LTV.
Your mission
Own and continuously improve lifecycle workflows across onboarding, activation, retention, expansion, and reactivation
Design and deploy event-based automations driven by product usage and behavioral signals
Build advanced segmentation models and deliver highly personalized CRM experiences at scale
Work closely with Product, Data, and Support teams to identify key lifecycle opportunities and define tracking events and triggers
Lead a continuous experimentation roadmap (A/B tests, multivariate tests) to improve conversion, engagement, and revenue impact
Track, analyze, and optimize CRM KPIs including activation, retention, churn, conversion, ARPU, and LTV
What we’re looking for
4+ years of experience in CRM Lifecycle, Retention, Growth, or Product Marketing within SaaS or product-led environments
Proven experience building lifecycle automation based on behavioral and product usage data
Strong product mindset with a deep understanding of user journeys and business impact
Hands-on experience with CRM and analytics tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Strong ability to collaborate with Product and Data teams in fast-paced environments
Fluent English is mandatory (daily interactions in an international context)
