Role Purpose
This strategic role is focused on orchestrating the creation and delivery of the strategy and plan for Global Insights, Analytics, and Data function. This role will act as both the strategy lead and Chief of Staff for this function while maintaining connectivity to the central Global Commercial & Marketing Strategy team.

Your day to day
- Develop the annual and three-year plan for Global Insights, Analytics, and Data function which is linked to the top-down corporate plan and includes input from regions and other key functions (monitoring adjusting throughout the year as required)
- Lead the creation and execution of strategic initiatives to drive performance, increase organizational effectiveness, and / or unlock new business opportunities.
- Oversee governance and performance tracking across supported organizations and connect into central processes.
- Partner with the SVP and HRBP to shape thought leadership on organizational design, including evolving the GIAD operating model, capabilities, and talent strategy
- Support the definition and execution of the path to scaling AI across GIAD, influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment on priorities, use cases, and change management
- Own the creation of executive materials (e.g., Board or Executive Committee presentations).
- Act as an advisor to the SVP and leadership teams of Global Insights, Analytics, and Data function.

What we need from you
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Strategy, Finance or a relevant field of work, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. MBA preferred.
- 5+ years progressive work experience in strategy, consulting, or a corporate environment, with exposure to a broad range of business issues. Analytics, data science / engineering, and / or AI experience preferred.
- Demonstrated planning and project management skills to assess and develop strategic plans based on business needs and assessments.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking with a proven ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data, draw insight / conclusions, and construct into a linear and compelling strategic narrative.
- Strong interpersonal / communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across business units for collaboration, data requests, and joint analysis.
Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the Atlanta office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $119,000.00 to $130,000.00. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
