About the role
We’re looking for a CMO to own all of Findies’ marketing end-to-end — paid acquisition, creative marketing, marketing design, product marketing, SMM, and marketing operations. You inherit an existing marketing org with several leads already in place: you’ll raise the bar, hire the open leadership roles, and build the systems, reporting, and vision that turn marketing into a repeatable, profitable growth engine. This is an AI-native marketing team — you’ll run growth at massive scale through automations and agentic workflows, not linear headcount. It’s a fully strategic leadership role with 10+ people under you from day one — the CEO owns the company vision, and you own the marketing vision and its execution.
What you'll be doing
- Own all of Findies’ marketing across six teams — paid acquisition, creative marketing, marketing design, product marketing, SMM, and marketing operations.
- Build and run an AI-native marketing org — scale creative production to 10k+/month and marketing budget to $10m+ through automations and agentic workflows, not only headcount.
- Launch and scale all main channels in positive ROMI — Meta, Applovin, TikTok, Google, Snap, Pinterest — across all angles.
- Raise the bar of the marketing team, set clear goals and KPIs, and build a dream team.
- Hire the marketing leadership roles at the bar.
- Set the marketing vision and KPI, and translate them into team structure and execution.
- Build reporting, testing, and creative-iteration systems; manage marketing to scale the Projected Profit.
What you'll need
- 3+ years in marketing leadership in subscription apps with web2app funnel, with a track record owning multi-channel growth at scale.
- AI-native operator — runs marketing at massive scale (10k+ creatives/month, $10m+ budget) through automations and agentic workflows, not linear headcount.
- Proven multi-channel marketing leadership — owned paid + organic + creative together, not single-channel depth only.
- Built and managed 10+ person marketing teams; hired and developed marketing leaders.
- Fluent in marketing unit economics managing marketing as a profit engine.
- Built marketing systems: reporting, testing, experimentation, creative iteration.
- Strong leadership and communication; able to partner with the CEO and set and share vision.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
