Binnen de muren van de Ben & Jerry’s fabriek in Hellendoorn maken zo’n 150 vaste medewerkers het (h)eerlijkste ijs van Europa.
Bij Ben & Jerry’s vinden we duurzaamheid heel belangrijk. Alles draait om het maken van fairrukkelijk roomijs met natuurlijke ingrediënten én veel aandacht voor milieu en de samenleving.
Op de HR afdeling ga je aan de slag met diverse projecten in een klein, maar gezellig team en is er veel ruimte om te leren!
De werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit het:
Bepalen en implementeren van recruitmentstrategie voor Ben & Jerry’s Hellendoorn
Bepalen en implementeren van employer branding strategie om naamsbekendheid te vergroten
Ondersteunen bij dagelijkse HR-werkzaamheden en projecten
Meewerken aan recruitmentactiviteiten en communicatie met kandidaten
Bijdragen aan opleidingsinitiatieven voor medewerkers in de fabriek
Samenwerken met het centrale HR-team in Amsterdam voor afstemming van strategieën
Analyseren van data en resultaten om effectiviteit van strategieën te beoordelen
Proactief signaleren van verbeterkansen binnen HR-processen

As publicly announced, Unilever will separate its Ice Cream business which is expected by the end of 2025. This role will transfer to the new Ice Cream company.
