Position Overview
The Social Media Coordinator at RealFaith is responsible for curating, creating, and distributing
impactful digital content. This role blends storytelling and analytics, ensuring our message reaches and
resonates with a growing audience while staying aligned with our brand identity.
Content Curation & Creation
- Analyze sermons and long-form content to identify high-impact moments for social media use.
- Curate both current and historical content to maintain a consistent, relevant, and high-performing
weekly posting schedule.
- Edit short-form and mid-form video content optimized for online platforms (e.g., Instagram,
YouTube, TikTok), ensuring platform-specific best practices.
- Collaborate on content ideation and execution to maximize engagement and reach.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.) to evaluate
content effectiveness.
- Prepare regular performance reports for leadership.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize future content and campaigns
Trend Monitoring & Best Practices
- Stay current with emerging social media trends, platform updates, and digital tools
- Apply best practices to keep RealFaith at the forefront of digital innovation.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve content strategy and execution.
Brand Consistency
- Ensure all content aligns with RealFaith’s brand guidelines across platforms.
- Maintain a consistent voice, tone, and visual identity in all deliverables.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the brand, avoiding generic or templated content in favor of
authentic, high-quality storytelling.
Communication & Collaboration
- Communicate regularly with the Social Media Director to ensure alignment on strategy, messaging,
and execution.
- Collaborate across teams to produce compelling and unified visual storytelling.
- Communicate clearly and effectively to align priorities and execution.
Qualifications
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
• Experience analyzing performance metrics and optimizing content strategies.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
- Experience working with sermon-based or long-form content.
- Experience using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar
platforms.
Schedule:
Full-time - Saturday-Wednesday 9 am-5 pm
