About the Position
As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will assume a pivotal role in building and nurturing our strategic client relationships. You will be responsible for the solution-oriented sales (Value Selling) of complex ITK solutions, including Cloud Computing services, to our key accounts. Your expertise in Key Account Management, coupled with excellent negotiation skills and a profound understanding of the ITK solutions business and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), will enable you to identify potential, develop tailored strategies, and secure long-term success. This full-time position requires 5-7 years of relevant experience and offers the opportunity to significantly impact our growth and client success.
Must-Have Skills
- Proven expertise in Key Account Management
- Demonstrated success in Solution Selling (Value Selling)
- Excellent negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of ICT solution business
- Hands-on experience with Cloud Computing technologies
- Proficient use of CRM systems (especially Salesforce)
