Principal Accountabilities:
Brand Management
- Responsible for all aspects of brand management and marketing duties relating to assigned brands/products. Responsibilities include planning, devising and executing marketing / promotional activities independently.
- Smoothly interface with sales team and distributors in communicating a coherent brand identity in merchandizing and promotion activities.
- Ensure the managed brands are developed smoothly via coordination among marketing, sales and logistic etc. brand champion.
- Monitor and control marketing spending against budget & plan.
- Manage the advertising / research company in delivering the quality and professional services.
- Analyses the market information through competitors’ activities, pricing, product potential, market research etc., and device brand strategy and promotion programs in line with brand group’s direction.
- Maintain good relationship with brand owners.
Marketing Services
- Implement promotional campaigns as well as daily operational tasks relating to logistics, POSM management and reporting.
- Act as interface for sales, logistics, finance and brand owner for all activities relating to assigned brands/products to ensure smooth coordination for all parties involved.
- Effectively work with external suppliers and agencies for maximizing their performance for relating projects e.g. promoter agency for PG promotion, advertising and PR agencies for advertising and PR campaigns and suppliers for premium sourcing.
- Collect the market information through competitors’ activities, pricing, product potential, market research etc
- Liaise with and update regularly (monthly report) with brand owner for the brand performance

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Degree holder with formal business qualifications
Formal marketing training desirable
Minimum 3 years working experience in marketing preferably with experience in managing Alcoholic Beverage Brands or FMCG Brands
Energetic, outgoing and proactive individual with good organizational and time management skills
Good presentation, communication and negotiation skills
High competency in spoken and written English and Chinese
Knowledge in wines & spirits industry is a plus but not a must
