Your focus will be on implementation excellence, stakeholder engagement, and financial accuracy. Key tasks include:

Media Planning Support: Assist in developing communication strategies for priority entertainment titles, including competitive and audience consumption insights.
Audience Research: Independently conduct and interpret research using tools such as Nielsen, Kantar, and GWI to inform targeting.
Financial Rigor: Own the reporting and PCR process, ensuring 100% accuracy in financial reconciliation and budget management.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Social, PR, and Creative teams to develop integrated implementations.
Leadership: Work with your Media Manager to develop the growth plans and performance reviews of Media Coordinators.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in a media agency or similar environment.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in trading platforms (Meta Blueprint, Google Foundations) and a deep understanding of ad serving and account hierarchies.
Critical Thinking: A problem-solving mindset that seeks out innovative solutions to benefit the wider business.
Operational Excellence: An obsession with data integrity, timely pacing of spend, and accurate invoice management.
