Social Media Manager
Schedule: Monday - Friday. 9AM - 5PM PST
Remote: Eastern Europe
USD Salary: $11/hr
The Social Media Manager is responsible for managing and growing B2B content presence on LinkedIn. This role owns executive ghostwriting for C-Suite leaders, develops long-form thought leadership content for the company’s LinkedIn account, and coordinates cross-functionally with department leads to surface relevant topics. The ideal candidate balances creative storytelling with a strategic understanding of B2B audiences.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ghostwrite authentic, voice-matched LinkedIn content for C-Suite executives: building each leader’s personal brand and industry authority
- Develop and publish long-form content for the official Company LinkedIn page, driving brand awareness and audience engagement within a B2B context
- Build and manage a consistent content calendar aligned with company goals and go-to-market priorities
- Coordinate with department leads across the organization to identify relevant topics, internal expertise, and timely subject matter to fuel the content pipeline
- Monitor LinkedIn performance metrics and apply insights to continuously optimize content strategy and posting cadence
- Ensure brand voice consistency across all LinkedIn content, both executive and company-level
- Stay current on LinkedIn best practices, algorithm changes, and B2B content trends

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred
- Proven years of experience in B2B content marketing or social media management, with a focus on LinkedIn
- Demonstrated ghostwriting ability; skilled at capturing and adapting tone and voice for different personalities
- Strong written communication skills — able to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling content
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple content threads independently
- Familiarity with LinkedIn’s content formats, best practices, and engagement strategies
- Basic understanding of content analytics and performance tracking
- Experience writing for SaaS, tech, or startup environments is a plus
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, or similar productivity tools
