About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Paid Media Manager to execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels. This role reports directly to the Division Marketing Director with a dotted line to the Performance Marketing Director.
You will own the day-to-day management of paid media within your division, translating strategy into measurable performance through disciplined execution, testing, and optimization. This is a highly analytical and execution-focused role suited for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan, build, launch, and optimize campaigns across paid search (Google, Bing), paid social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest), and display channels
· Manage and pace budgets on a daily and weekly basis to ensure efficient allocation and achievement of performance targets
· Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying trends and making real-time optimizations to bids, budgets, audiences, and creative
· Execute ongoing A/B testing across ad copy, creative formats, audience segments, and landing pages; synthesize and communicate results
· Analyze campaign performance and generate reporting that translates data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
· Partner with creative teams to brief, review, and iterate on ad assets based on performance data
· Manage audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and customer match lists across platforms
· Stay current on platform updates, betas, and emerging ad products; proactively bring forward recommendations
· Support tracking, attribution, and pixel/tag implementation in partnership with analytics teams
Qualifications
· 4–6 years of hands-on paid media experience (in-house or agency)
· Proven experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and at least one additional platform (TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, or programmatic)
· Strong analytical capabilities with experience in Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting tools
· Experience managing annual media budgets in the $500K–$2M+ range
· Deep understanding of core performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPM) and optimization strategies
· Working knowledge of pixel implementation, UTM tracking, and attribution fundamentals
· Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
· Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications preferred
