Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Tansitor is currently seeking applicants for a Senior Marketing Manager. The Senior Marketing Manager will to lead commercial marketing activities across the Americas for our Tantalum, Aluminum, and MLCC capacitor portfolio. This highly visible role serves as the primary commercial and marketing interface between the division and the regional sales organization, distributor partners, and key customers.
The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and margin performance by developing and executing regional commercial strategies, supporting pricing and quoting activities, and partnering closely with Sales to win strategic business opportunities. This role combines strategic marketing leadership, hands-on commercial execution, and technical engagement with customers.

What you will be doing:
Commercial Leadership & Regional Strategy
- Act as the primary commercial representative for the division throughout the Americas, supporting Sales, distribution partners, and field teams.
- Develop and execute the Americas regional strategy, translating global product marketing direction into commercial plans aligned with the 4 Ps of marketing (Product, Price, Place, Promotion).
- Drive revenue growth and profitability by aligning regional execution with division-level financial objectives.
Pricing, Quoting & Opportunity Management
- Direct and oversee all quoting activity in the Americas across all product lines.
- Partner with Sales and Regional Marketing to develop bid strategies for key RFQs and strategic accounts.
- Establish price-to-win strategies, monitor deal progress, and follow up on critical commercial opportunities.
- Ensure consistent application of pricing strategy while balancing competitiveness and margin goals.
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Serve as a primary representative for the full product portfolio, providing real-time support to customers and field teams.
- Support customer meetings, on-site visits, and executive-level presentations.
- Collaborate with product groups to deliver timely answers to customer questions and resolve commercial or technical issues.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Leverage internal resources across Marketing Communications, Business Development, Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, and Sales to execute regional initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver customer-facing presentations, market analyses, and commercial updates.
- Research and analyze market, customer, and competitive data to inform strategic decisions.
- Keep internal stakeholders informed of industry trends, customer developments, and competitive dynamics.
What you will bring along:
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or sales of electronic components.
- Proven experience with pricing, quoting, and RFQ management in a B2B technical environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance growth, competitiveness, and profitability.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% across the Americas.
- Self-motivated, proactive, team-oriented, and highly responsive.
- Experience selling into the military and aerospace sector is a strong plus.
