The Acclaim Marketing Team is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own global product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy. As Acclaim expands into Europe and the Americas, this role will be critical in defining how we bring our voice-first, AI-powered CX platform to market in regulated industries.
This is a highly strategic and execution-focused role. You’ll build key product marketing foundations from the ground up and help define how Acclaim shows up in the market. You’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and establish Acclaim as the category leader in voice-first AI for CX—focused on real business outcomes, not just conversations.
We are hiring in EMEA to ensure strong alignment with our Cyprus-based Product team while maintaining close collaboration with Marketing and Leadership in the U.S.
Requirements
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing with enterprise & AI product experience
- Strong experience owning positioning and go-to-market strategy for complex products
- Background in AI, Customer Experience (CX), fintech, or other regulated industries preferred
- Proven ability to create sales enablement content that drives pipeline and accelerates deals
- Experience working closely with Product and Sales teams in a highly cross-functional environment
- Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and execute in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Some travel required—regional conferences, user groups, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives
- Experience in early-stage or scaling companies is a plus, as is experience at a global company. Please note that this role will require time zone flexibility to accommodate the global nature of Acclaim.
Responsibilities
- Own global product messaging and positioning for Acclaim, partnering closely with Product and the VP of Product Marketing
- Lead go-to-market strategy for new product launches, features, and use cases—ensuring alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing
- Translate complex product capabilities into clear, differentiated narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers in regulated industries
- Create high-impact sales enablement materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, talk tracks) that drive pipeline and accelerate deal cycles
- Partner closely with Sales to refine messaging based on field feedback, competitive dynamics, and win-loss insights
- Own industry and use case narratives (collections, customer support, sales) across key verticals like banking, fintech, and insurance
- Own customer-facing product communications including product updates, release webinars, and key moments across the customer lifecycle
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to sharpen positioning and identify whitespace opportunities
- Partner with global field marketing to adapt core narratives for regional markets and regulatory environments
- Support demand generation through campaign messaging, website copy, and thought leadership that drives awareness and pipeline
- Shape product storytelling in partnership with Product—ensuring roadmap innovations are packaged in a way that resonates with buyers
