Responsible for operational management of all advertising programs and vendor relations. Supports the development, execution, continuous improvement and adoption of all advertising methods while providing high-level customer service to all stakeholders.

1. Coordinate all digital, social, and print media advertising within intended deadlines for all internal and external stakeholders (marketing team and sales associates and sales leaders), as well as outside vendors. (30-35%)
- Create and maintain project plans and timelines and coordinate deliverables, approvals, and stakeholder communications to ensure advertising projects are completed accurately and by deadlines.
- Coordinate and communicate campaign details with internal and external stakeholders, creative resources, outside vendors, and platform partners.
- Support the design, production, implementation, and fulfillment of marketing programs, advertising campaigns, and related promotional materials.
- Guide the creation of support pieces for sales associates and sales leaders to promote utilization of existing programs.
2. Serve as a primary point of contact for advertising program requests, updates, and customer service. (25-30%)

- Communicate consistently with internal and external stakeholders, outside vendors, and other business partners through various communication tools.
- Provide timely updates, clarify project requirements, gather necessary information, and help resolve routine issues or questions related to advertising programs.
- Support in-person or virtual meetings as needed to review advertising options, program participation, campaign status, or results.
3. Support project budget management by tracking expenses and progress, and prepare regular updates on work completed and budget status for internal stakeholders (25-30%)
4. Ensure all advertising and marketing programs are adequately promoted in all communication mediums to sales associates and consumers in support of program growth, as defined by management. (5-10%)
5. Continually monitor and report to management on utilization of current and new advertising methods and programs and provide internal stakeholders with regular participation updates (0-5%)
6. Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned. (0-5%)

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field; or equivalent knowledge and work experience.
Experience:
- 5+ years of advertising experience, with an emphasis in all forms of media including digital, social platforms, and print media.
- Experience in real estate, luxury product marketing, residential new construction, or related industries strongly preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong personal computer skills; proficiency in project management and design platforms a plus.
- Effective oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills and leadership abilities.
- Effective analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated time and project management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently. Ability to work within tight deadline environment.

- Ability to travel within market area for in-person meetings.
