Role Summary
The Creative Lead’s responsibilities shall include creative campaign planning and execution, developing weekly guides for creators, driving product development across new and existing ideas and designs, and leading the Art Development team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Planning and Executing Creative Campaigns
- Plan and run campaigns from concept to delivery.
- Turn the brand vision into clear, creative ideas for each channel.
- Work with marketing and product teams to deliver campaigns on time.
- Maximize creative output within approved budget limits without diluting quality.
- Conduct competitor and trend analysis to keep campaigns relevant and fresh.
2. Creating Weekly Guides for Creators
- Create a weekly content plan that matches the brand voice and campaign goals.
- Analyze content performance data to refine future guides and improve creator
- Standardize quality benchmarks and ensure consistency across all creator submissions.
3. Product Development (New and Existing Ideas and Designs)
- Lead ideation of new product concepts based on market gaps and user insights.
- Collaborate with the product team to bring ideas from concept to launch.
- Review product results and make updates to improve adoption and retention.
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing products for scalability.
4. Leading the Art Development Team
- Provide direction and creative leadership to the art development team.
- Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance expectations for team members.
- Review and approve creative outputs, ensuring they meet brand and campaign standards.
- Establish efficient workflows, tools, and processes to improve productivity and output quality.
Qualification
- Proven experience in creative coordination, brand design, content production, or creative project management.
- Strong portfolio across branding, digital campaigns, social content, and visual storytelling.
- Experience working with consumer brands, retail, and lifestyle companies is an added advantage.
- Solid understanding of social, e-commerce, and retail creative best practices.
- Proficiency in the use of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
