Essential duties include the following:
- Supports internal clients (HR, training, community relations, etc.) in developing and executing internal communications that promote transparency, engagement, and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Contributes to the production and content development for the company’s internal 3Sixty Magazine and 3Sixty Now Newsletter, serving as a writer and editor.
- Assists in managing internal communications channels, including maintaining editorial calendars and supporting updates to the company intranet.
- Writes, edits, and produces content, including blog posts, marketing collateral, news and magazine articles, video scripts, advertising copy, email marketing, and social media content.
- Assists in executing communications campaigns supporting corporate initiatives, including sponsorships, partnerships, and promotional activities.
- Supports the execution of social media strategies to enhance the company’s online presence and engagement.
- Represents the Corporate Communications & Public Relations team in meetings and assists with campaign presentations as needed.
- Supports the development of company and employee award submissions and nominations.
- Assists in maintaining corporate emergency communication materials and supports timely distribution of communications during critical situations.
- Contributes to public relations efforts by assisting with press releases, company announcements, and executive bios.
- Conducts research and stays current on industry trends through publications, online resources, and professional development opportunities.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field from an accredited four-year college or university required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in marketing, corporate communications, public/media relations, or related field.
- Working knowledge of HTML, web production best practices, social media platforms, and general internet applications.
- Proficient in using SharePoint.
- Proficient using CMS tools and content creation platforms.
- Proficient with online communication tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Effective interviewing and information-gathering skills for content development.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
- Creative thinker with the ability to support campaign development.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with all levels of the organization.
- Able to use basic office equipment, including copy machine and personal computer.
- Able to type 35 WPM.
- Able to travel locally or nationally by car or plane.
- Able to sit for long periods of time performing essential duties.
- Able to stand, stoop, and kneel as needed to complete filing or material handling tasks.
- Able to lift 10–20 lbs. of materials such as files, marketing items, or supplies.
