MedActiv is looking for a Marketing & Communications Executive with a strong brand and consumer focus, and able to translate strategy into clear, engaging and compliant communication within a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Digital Communication & Brand Presence: Manage coordinated digital communications to ensure consistent brand visibility across platforms, timely content publishing and high‑quality corporate messaging.
• Media Relations: Draft and support internal and external communications, contribute to media relations activities, and maintain PR and media databases.
• Content & Market Intelligence: Lead monthly newsletters and business content creation, support platform and initiative launches, and monitor healthcare, wellness and beauty communication trends to inform recommendations.
• Content Production: Conduct company video productions and event communications, ensuring consistent brand image and high‑quality coverage (photos, articles and digital content).
• Governance & Strategic Reporting: Structure board and management communications, including dashboards, and review presentations decks.
• Strategic Cycle Coordination: Guide strategic review cycles across the business.
• Forums & Seminars: Coordinate annual strategic seminars and key management forums.
• Market & Satisfaction Insights: Assist with the design, rollout and analysis of internal and external marketing and satisfaction surveys.
• Budget Tracking: Contribute to marketing budget planning and ensure accurate monthly expense tracking.
• Events & Supplier Coordination: Oversee internal and external events, liaise with suppliers, and contribute to the overall organisation of management seminars and key milestones.
• Projects & Innovation Support: Support strategic projects and development initiatives, acting as a brand reference for business‑unit events and contributing to NPD activities (naming, slogans, marketing pitches).
• Training & Cross-Team Support: Help with training initiatives and provide marketing and communication assistance to other departments when required.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications Business Management or a related field.
• Proven exposure to retail marketing functions, with a solid communication background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, acting as a key voice of the retail brand across multiple channels.
• Highly organised and agile to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Digital‑first mindset, with the ability to quickly adopt new tools for analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
