Oversee all internal and external communications for a Company, ensuring its message is consistent and engaging.
Develop and implement effective communication plans that build customer and, brand awareness,
Plan and develop content and press releases.
Preparation of presentations and/or speeches geared toward employees.
Creation and development of: Print and online advertising, Email marketing, Web site management and content development, Press releases, bylined articles, white papers, corporate videos and marketing collateral.
Works with different marketing departments to generate new ideas and strategies.
Manage the implementation and continuance of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program to ensure consistency and effectiveness globally. Ensure the CSR program is aligned with United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) and supports the advancement of the sustainability goals.
Evaluate CSR initiatives against industry standards; analyze results and develop action plans to ensure the organization has a best-in-class CSR program.
Assist in the development and recommendation of the CSR budget.
Perform all other related duties as assigned.
Manage communications to enable the organization to share information and build relationships with key stakeholders identifying stories, activities, and achievements of the service areas to share publicly and to manage media in a proactive and reactive way.
Responsible for creating and writing content for advertisements, events, programs, and websites. Developing the Company's brand and establishing its online presence.
