General Summary of the Position
Plan, direct, create, and manage marketing promotions, materials, and campaigns to generate interest in the entities EBM Construction, EBM Manufacturing, Express Feed & Grain, and Pro Crane Services and their products and services. This role is responsible for maintaining and updating websites, increasing search visibility and engagement through search marketing tactics, analyzing performance data, and continuously optimizing marketing strategies to maximize impact.
Essential Functions
Plan, develop, and prepare marketing and promotional materials in collaboration with company officials and the sales department.
Creates, reviews, edits, and finalize layouts and advertising for brochures, flyers, posters, and other materials.
Develop and implement marketing plans for individual business entities as needed.
Research, gather, and organize information to support marketing campaigns.
Manages advertising placements with magazines, including scheduling, pricing, specifications, and deadlines.
Measure and evaluate marketing and advertising effectiveness.
Coordinates trade show preparation, logistics, and travel arrangements and attend trade shows as needed.
Participates in creating, monitoring, and managing advertising and trade show budgets.
Create, execute and manage content strategies for digital and social media platforms.
Identify, implement, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Coordinate with web developers to optimize website structure for SEO.
Collaborate with Sales Directors and Corporation Leaders to develop marketing strategies across all EBM divisions.
Optimize digital assets for usability, performance, and SEO.
Manage tracking and reporting of digital and search-related activities.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to independently develop and manage marketing strategies to each division of EBM Corporations.
Strong understanding of marketing concepts and campaign execution.
Experience with graphic design software.
Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics and other digital advertisement channels.
Experience with website design and optimization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of professionalism and customer service awareness.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency with computers, tablets, and smartphones.
Effective listening, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
Experience in video producing and editing and drone camera operation preferred.
Ability to handle and accept constructive feedback.
Education, Training, and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field strongly preferred.
- One to two years of relevant experience preferred.

Occasional travel to construction and customer sites to produce photo and video content.
