Join our Consumer Bank Marketing Customer Engagement Campaign Management team and drive impactful Starter customer onboarding and engagement campaigns to increase retention and financial health.
As a Senior Marketing Associate on the Customer Engagement Campaign Management team, you will develop and manage key customer onboarding and engagement marketing initiatives. In this role, you will drive end-to-end creative development, execution, and management of onboarding and engagement campaigns across digital and direct mail channels. You’ll collaborate closely with internal partners and agencies, operate within multiple systems and processes, and help improve how we deliver work by contributing to operational efficiencies and speed to market.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end creative development, execution, and management of onboarding and engagement campaigns across digital and direct mail channels.
- Collaborate with internal and external agencies, incorporating feedback from brand, product, legal, and regulatory reviewers.
- Execute omni-channel marketing campaigns within multiple systems and processes, ensuring initiatives are on-strategy, on time, and within budget.
- Track and manage content updates and annual recertification of in-market tactics and materials as needed.
- Manage multiple initiatives to completion under rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Contribute to ongoing improvement of internal processes to drive operational efficiencies and speed to market.
- Think critically and make recommendations to optimize onboarding and engagement campaigns, improve results, and reduce costs.
- Support efforts to enhance the customer onboarding experience as a key driver of retention and financial health.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing campaign execution role.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with strong skills in multi-tasking and prioritization.
- High energy, solutions-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, working well under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Strong relationship development and negotiating skills; able to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team members.
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities.
- Creativity and innovation with a focus on constant improvement.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
