What You’ll Own1. Content Publishing & Scheduling
- Publish videos and posts created by the internal team
- Optimize:
- Timing
- Format
- Frequency per platform
- Manage and maintain a structured content calendar
- Ensure consistent output across all channels
2. Community Management (High Priority)
- Respond to every comment and DM across platforms
- Maintain fast response times (especially within the first hour of posting)
- Build active engagement with the audience
- Drive conversations — not just replies
3. Brand Voice & Copywriting
- Write engaging captions tailored to each platform
- Maintain a tone that is:
- Sharp
- Witty
- Fun
- Knowledgeable when needed
- Adapt messaging based on audience behavior
4. Organic Growth & Engagement
- Increase:
- Comments
- Shares
- Conversations
- Identify opportunities to:
- Spark discussions
- Improve reach organically
- Continuously refine content approach based on performance
5. Content Calendar & Execution Discipline
- Plan and maintain weekly/monthly content schedules
- Ensure no gaps in posting consistency
