What We're Looking For:
Job Summary:
Leads the development and execution of the strategic marketing plans to drive growth of the Connected Frontline portfolio while maintaining the marketing competitive advantage in the APAC region.
Collaborates with internal sales, marketing and product teams to manage positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy for the Connected Frontline portfolio; create tactical campaigns, analyze market trends, and oversee budgets for marketing initiatives to meet sales and marketing targets.
Drives strategic growth by identifying market opportunities and developing collaborative relationships with key alliance partners and customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Portfolio Marketing & Strategic Growth
- Coordinate with internal sales, marketing and product teams to align Connected Frontline marketing strategies with broader corporate goals.
- Acts as marketing’s single point of contact for the Connected Frontline portfolio to internal and external stakeholders. Be the voice-of-customer for the APAC region, and lead regional marketing participation in product launch meetings (global and regional), to ensure regional GTM readiness from a marketing perspective.
- Owns product reinvigorate, refresh and retire programs, working in alignment with the global portfolio marketing team as well as regional sales, marketing and product teams on requirements and tools for product launch/lifecycle initiatives and tactical campaigns.
- Adapt value propositions, messaging, sales tools and marketing materials where necessary to resonate with the APAC audience, and is responsible for ensuring regional sellers and partners are trained and equipped with necessary knowledge and tools to effectively sell.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and technological shifts to develop actionable market strategies and business plans.
- Develop and execute strategic responses to market triggers, such as underperforming products or competitive attacks, by adapting quickly and collaborating with cross-functional teams on a plan of action.
- Manages marketing budgets, track KPIs, and report on the effectiveness of launches and initiatives.
Field & Partner Marketing
- Generate portfolio pipeline – marketing influenced and driven in alignment with the APAC sales & marketing plan.
- Collaborates with internal sales, marketing and product teams as well as key alliance partners to create and execute tailored marketing programs, digital campaigns, events, sales enablement tools and demand generation strategies.
- Manage promotional, incentives and rebate strategy in region to accelerate pipeline and to drive additional commercial focus where needed.
- Builds and nurtures strong, collaborative relationships with key alliance partners and customers.
Job Requirements
Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related technical field.
Preferred Work Experience (years):
10+ years of product marketing, product management and/or B2B marketing experience.
