Our Strategic Policy Science & Engagement team is seeking expressions of interest to backfill an Internal Communications Advisor role within the internal communications team in DCCEEW.
The Internal Communications Advisor coordinates the design and delivery of internal communications initiatives that educate, engage and inspire actions to meet the strategic objectives of the department.
This role works in close collaboration with teams across the department, to ensure communications are clear, consistent and effective by using internal communications channels to ensure staff have the information they need to support their work.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be motivated and organised, managing multiple tasks and demands including matters with critical turnaround times required by internal clients. We are looking for someone who is collaborative, a great team member and who is happy to work in an evolving environment.

Essential requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in communications or other related discipline and/or relevant equivalent experience.
