About the Role Sokna is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our marketing strategy in a 0→1 environment. This role is pivotal in building our brand identity, defining market positioning, and driving early-stage growth. You will translate business objectives into a clear market presence, establish marketing foundations, and ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead brand strategy, positioning, and messaging.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
- Design and implement customer acquisition strategies across multiple channels.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations.
- Establish marketing infrastructure, processes, and performance tracking systems.
- 8–10 years of marketing experience, with proven success in brand building and growth.
- Experience in 0→1 environments (launching products, brands, or business lines).
- Strong background in digital marketing, funnel optimization, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and execution skills.
- Experience in hospitality and/or real estate is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Very good command of English (written & spoken).
