Turn social media into a consistent growth channel—not just a content channel.
You will work closely with:

What You Will Own (KRAs)
1. Social Growth Engine (Core Ownership)
- Build and execute platform strategy across:
- Instagram
- YouTube (Long + Short Form)
- Other relevant platforms
- Own:
- Content calendar
- Posting cadence
- Distribution strategy
You are responsible for: “How do we grow consistently every week?”
2. Content Performance System
- Identify:
- Winning formats
- Hooks
- Content themes
- Build:
- Repeatable content loops
- Scalable content frameworks
- Continuously:
You are responsible for: “What content works and why?”
3. Creator & Influencer Engine
- Identify and onboard:
- 25K–150K follower creators
- Relevant talent partnerships
- Build:
- UGC pipeline
- Creator briefs
- Manage:
- Output quality
- Content consistency
You are responsible for: “How do we generate high-quality content at scale?”
4. Persona-Led Content Strategy
- Translate:
- Male vs Female psychology
- Age segments (35–60)
Into:
- Content themes
- Hooks
- Formats
5. Community & Engagement
- Drive:
- Build:
- Active audience interaction
- Meaningful conversations
You are responsible for: “Do people care enough to engage?”
6. Performance Analysis (CRITICAL)
- Track:
- Content-level performance
- Identify:
- Patterns
- Drop-offs
- Opportunities
- Turn insights into:
- New content ideas
- Better hooks
- Stronger formats
7. Social → Growth Integration
- Partner with Growth team to:
- Repurpose winning content into ads
- Align messaging across funnel
