In this role, you will manage user inquiries, resolve issues related to account management, content, and platform features, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for our French-speaking community. Your expertise and cultural understanding will play a critical role in maintaining high user satisfaction levels.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support in French for platform-related inquiries
- Assist users with account issues, troubleshooting, and content-related questions
- Handle escalations professionally, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Document and track user interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Collaborate with technical and moderation teams to address complex problems
- Stay informed about platform updates, policies, and industry trends
- Contribute feedback to improve user experience and support processes
- Fluency in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness and ability to relocate to Greece as required
- Strong customer service skills and a solution-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in social media or tech industries
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Passion for social media platforms and digital communication
- Familiarity with CRM systems and support software is advantageous
