Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications Assistant to support our internal and external communication efforts. This role is ideal for an individual who excels in written and verbal communication and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Communications Assistant will play a key role in ensuring consistent messaging and supporting various communication initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of communication strategies
Draft, edit, and proofread a variety of communication materials
Coordinate internal communications and support cross-department collaboration
Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all platforms
Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and corporate documents
Assist in organizing company events and communication campaigns
Monitor communication effectiveness and provide insights for improvement
