Job Title: Head of Marketing

About the Role:
The Head of Marketing is responsible for defining and executing the regional marketing strategy across all markets and customer segments. The role drives demand generation, digital performance, brand consistency, and customer engagement while ensuring alignment with pan-European marketing and sales priorities. This leader oversees strategic planning, lead generation, digital execution, campaign performance, events, partner programs, and the development and tracking of marketing metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Leadership
- Develop and own an integrated marketing strategy that aligns with pan-European direction and market needs.
- Lead planning cycles, budget prioritisation, and investment decisions.
- Provide strategic direction across content, digital, events, campaigns, and partner activities.
- Serve as the senior regional marketing representative to Sales, Product, Alliances, and Global Marketing.
2. Digital Marketing & Web Experience
- Oversee digital marketing across paid media, SEO, social, email, website experience, and analytics to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Localise and adapt global digital strategies for regional use; ensure performance optimisation and experimentation.
- Govern the website experience, landing pages, and digital user journeys to accelerate pipeline generation.
3. Demand Generation & Integrated Marketing Execution
- Lead multi‑channel demand generation programs including digital campaigns, account-based marketing, email marketing, and field-support initiatives.
- Ensure messaging consistency and develop relevant content, storytelling, and sales-enablement materials.
- Partner with commercial and operational teams to ensure effective activation across markets.
4. Events & Customer Activation
- Own the events strategy including industry conferences, tradeshows, webinars, and local customer engagements.
- Ensure events contribute directly to demand generation targets and deliver measurable ROI.
5. BD/Partner & Alliance Marketing Leadership
- Guide joint go‑to‑market strategies with priority partners and alliances, ensuring strong value propositions and campaign execution.
- Oversee partner pipeline contribution, co‑branded content, partner communications, and partner-related events.
6. Metrics, Reporting & Performance Management
- Define and track key marketing KPIs for demand generation, digital performance, pipeline contribution, and event ROI.
- Establish dashboards and provide regular reporting to leadership and global teams.
- Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making, continuous optimisation, and marketing discipline.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years in B2B marketing leadership, ideally within data center, cloud, or technology infrastructure sectors.
- Strong capability in strategic planning, lead generation, digital marketing, and performance analytics.
- Demonstrated success delivering measurable pipeline impact through integrated marketing.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders across global organisations.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, analytics tools).
