About the role
This is a role for someone who moves between strategy and execution without losing a step – and who knows how to get the most out of external partners, agencies, and a fast-moving internal team.
What you'll drive
You own brand presence, messaging, and campaign strategy across all channels
You define and run go-to-market campaigns – including co-marketing with key partners
You steer external agencies and consultants – deciding who we work with and owning the external partner mix
You plan and execute events, both internal and external
You ensure our message lands consistently across every channel and touchpoint
What makes you a great fit
Several years of experience in a senior marketing role, ideally in a B2B tech environment
Strong strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality
Proven experience managing external agencies, consultants, and creative partners
Solid understanding of brand management, messaging, and multi-channel campaign execution
Experience with event marketing and international market entry is a plus
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, scaling environment
Fluent in German and English
