Outpost24 is hiring a Paid Advertising & Social Media Specialist to join our growing team in Europe, India, Australia or Singapore!
We are looking for a self-driven Paid Advertising & Social Media Specialist to support execution and optimization across paid advertising and owned social channels. This role works closely with Marketing Managers, Product Marketing, external creative agencies, and content teams to bring campaigns and channel initiatives to life. You will act as a hands-on executor and project co-owner for several high-impact initiatives.
As a Paid Advertising & Social Media Specialist your key responsibilities will include:
Paid Advertising & ABM Execution
Manage all paid media campaigns and maximise conversions for B2B business: PPC, Google Search and Google Ads.
Work closely with Marketing Managers and Product Marketing to execute paid campaigns.
Support campaign strategy, setup, execution, and performance measurement.
Implement and support ABM and highly targeted campaigns, primarily on LinkedIn.
Ensure strong cross-team communication and alignment while Marketing Managers retain budget ownership.
YouTube Channel Project (Co-Owner)
Co-own the end-to-end execution of our YouTube channel clean-up and relaunch project.
Manage the creation and publishing of video content according to an existing plan.
Perform basic video editing (training provided).
Coordinate with external creative agencies or freelancers for advanced video production.
Ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery of content.
Reddit Channel Activation (Co-Owner)
Co-own the activation and growth of our Reddit presence.
Work closely with the content team following the initial kick-off and defined direction.
Support content posting, engagement, experimentation, and learning.
Help ensure the brand is represented authentically and consistently on Reddit.
Your profile:
Required Skilled and Experience:
Hands-on experience deploying paid advertising strategies and campaign in paid media platforms, particularly with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
Hands-on mindset with strong execution skills.
Experience supporting ABM or highly targeted B2B campaigns.
Basic video editing skills or willingness to learn, ideally using platforms such as Canva, PowerDirector, or Microsoft ClipChamp.
Strong project management and coordination abilities.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, product marketing, and content teams.
