We’re looking for a commercially driven Advertising Sales Manager to join our team and take ownership of new business revenue. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives on building their own pipeline, developing strong commercial relationships and converting opportunities into high-value revenue.
This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in digital media sales and a track record of exceeding targets. You will build and convert a high-quality pipeline through proactive outbound activity, engaging potential clients and confidently pitching the value of Rock My Wedding’s advertising solutions across our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Win new business by proactively identifying, targeting and securing advertisers across key categories
- Build, manage, and convert a high-quality sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets and grow Rock My Wedding’s commercial base
- Present and sell Rock My Wedding’s advertising solutions, including on-site display, advertorials, and social campaigns
- Own client relationships end-to-end, delivering a seamless experience from initial outreach through to campaign completion
- Collaborate with the Editorial Director to unlock new commercial opportunities and align revenue strategy with wider business objectives and opportunities
- Track pipeline activity, campaign performance and client engagement using CRM systems, ensuring a data-driven approach to sales
- Analyse performance and report on results, using insights to optimise campaigns and maximise revenue growth
- Proven experience in advertising and senior sales, particularly in publishing and digital media
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strong track record of surpassing sales targets and growing advertising portfolios
- Proficiency in Google Ad Manager and CRM systems as well as familiarity with ad serving technology and performance tracking tools
- Proven track record in tracking campaigns in real-time, meeting KPIs, and ensuring continual optimisation
- A proactive mindset, capable of balancing strategic commercial thinking with hands-on execution
