About Wonderbly
Wonderbly creates beautifully illustrated personalised books and gifts that help people celebrate life’s moments in a more meaningful way. From children’s stories to keepsake gifts, our products combine storytelling, illustration and personalisation to create something genuinely special - creative work that lives beyond the screen.
We’re now evolving our creative model to better support the next phase of growth - increasing creative velocity, strengthening video and performance capability, and building a more effective in-house engine across paid, CRM, onsite and brand touchpoints.
The Role
We’re looking for a Creative Lead to take ownership of creative output across Wonderbly’s key marketing channels. You’ll be working on a category that is inherently creative, bringing beautifully illustrated, story-led products to life and producing creative work rooted in storytelling, imagination and emotional connection.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can combine strong creative judgement with commercial instinct and operational grip. You’ll lead the team day-to-day, raise the quality and consistency of output, and build an effective and scalable content and production engine - while getting stuck into the work yourself where needed.
This role is not just about creative review or high-level direction. We’re looking for someone who can lead, make, direct, prioritise and improve.
You’ll play a key role in helping Wonderbly produce better creative, faster - particularly across paid social, CRM, onsite and video - while shaping how the team evolves over time. While the initial focus is on Wonderbly, there is opportunity over time to help shape and scale creative capability across the growing Wonderbly group.
