Summary: The Administrative Marketing and Sales Assistant provides essential clerical and operational support to marketing and sales, performing lead analysis, data collection, CRM database updates, and sales report generation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Ensure all policies and procedures are being followed
- Enter new customer data, manage sales records, and process quotes via CRM or operational systems
- By use of the organization’s CRM system, this individual will ensure that account activities, maintain accurate account profiles, opportunities, are fully documented, transparent, and aligned with the growth objectives within the organization.
- Prepare reports, and presentations
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and support the sales team in winning additional business.
- Track digital marketing data on a daily and monthly basis
- Willingness to travel, as required
- Organized record keeping or some filing may be required
- Other duties may be assigned

Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (BA) or equivalent; or seven to ten years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong capability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (Voze).
Language Skills
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret most documents.
- Communicate well with all levels of personnel including but not limited to employees, vendors, and customers.
- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
- Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to employees or customers.
