This is a full-time, on-site position based in St. Louis, MO with hybrid opportunities.
LFCS is seeking a Marketing Specialist who can translate mission into meaningful engagement and help drive trust, messaging and measurable positive outcomes across the state.
This role is broad and works in close partnership with the Director of Marketing and Communications, helping shape strategy while driving day-to-day execution. It is well-suited for a self-directed professional who can roll up their sleeves and move projects from planning to implementation.
What You’ll Do
You will lead integrated marketing initiatives that shape how people find and trust LFCS services, supporting brand management, client engagement and community awareness, with clear, measurable outcomes. This role offers a wide scope across digital, content and brand, giving you ownership over how marketing shows up across channels. Core responsibilities include:
- Partner with the Director of Marketing in implementing strategic marketing plans aligned with programmatic and organizational goals
- Direct agency and partner relationships to drive multi-channel digital campaigns that increase access to services, elevate community presence and support fundraising efforts
- Develop clear, compelling content that reflects the impact of LFCS programs and engages diverse audiences with authenticity and respect
- Analyze performance across campaigns and channels, translating data into recommendations to strengthen results
- Manage, monitor and continuously improve website and improve performance through data analysis, user behavior insights and best practices.
- Lead social media strategy and execution, ensuring consistent voice, strong engagement and mission alignment
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality, timely work, keeping projects on track and on brand
What You Bring

- Analytical capability to interpret data, evaluate performance and guide continuous improvement
- Hands-on content creation skills across formats, including digital, visual and multimedia formats
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
3 + years of experience with digital marketing, social media strategy, content management systems, and analytics tools.
Experience in graphic design and video content for digital distribution.
Excellent writing and content creation skills.
