- Take ownership of specific workstreams and operate with limited supervision.
- Provide moderately complex analytical, creative and operational support to projects.

- Add value to internal and client-facing discussions by contributing relevant insights and perspectives.
- Apply big-picture thinking to client accounts and help project lead ensure all deliverables are high quality and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop strong client relationships and participate in client engagements, contributing to project planning, research, and delivery.
- Develop and/or review initial drafts of work plans which may include reports, communication materials and other project documentation in alignment with client needs.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to support informed client recommendations.
- Ensure timely, accurate and professional execution of project deliverables.
- Assist with planning and staffing project activities to meet the scope, budget, and client objectives.
- Proactively share ideas and strategic input with internal team members to address client challenges.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and support the development of tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Manage the preparation and formatting of high-quality deliverables such as research frameworks, presentation decks, and final reports or design concepts for client meetings.
Areas of Focus
- Liaise with clients in coordination with senior leaders, manage all inbound client requests and coordinate tasks with internal team.
- Work closely with clients and senior team members to deliver bespoke, solutions-based strategies that inform and engage stakeholders, inspire connections and influence outcomes.
- Areas of specialty include content development, corporate and/or financial communications, investor relations, issue and crisis, internal communications, media relations, media training and stakeholder engagement.
Education & Experience
- Demonstrated working knowledge and experience in public relations and/or financial communications; Typically requires 4-8 years of related professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
- Familiarity with consulting processes and client service standards.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Demonstrates proficiency with research tools, data analysis platforms, and productivity software such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Works effectively within teams, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Produces clear, professional written communication including reports, presentations, and emails.
- Manages tasks, timelines, and resources efficiently to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicates ideas and information clearly and confidently with both internal stakeholders and clients.
- Handles multiple responsibilities and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment.
- Analyzes and interprets data, transforming it into actionable insights and meaningful recommendations.
- Adapts to new tools, information, and processes rapidly to stay effective in dynamic project settings.
- Established and maintains strong, professional relationships with clients, team members, media contacts and other stakeholders
