Job Title: Public Relations Representative
Job Requirements:
• Develop and execute public affairs strategy to promote awareness, transparency, and stakeholder engagement.
• Create, edit, and oversee digital content (social media posts, blogs, website updates, newsletters, campaign materials).
• Coordinate and manage publicity for OLFA events, volunteering activities, and educational initiatives.
• Ensure all creative outputs reflect OLFA’s brand identity, messaging, and tone.
• Oversee and manage the performance of the contracted marketing firm, ensuring compliance with agreed scope and KPIs.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, partners, and community stakeholders.
• Monitor social media engagement and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Support crisis communications and reputation management as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure public messaging aligns with operational objectives and programs.
Selection criteria:
• Demonstrate ability to manage multi-channel communications and public engagement campaigns.
• Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills (English and Arabic).
• Proven track record in overseeing external vendors, contractors, or agencies.
• Experience in public relations, marketing, or nonprofit communications, ideally within social impact or animal welfare sectors.
• Ability to translate complex organizational initiatives into engaging, accessible public messaging.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills to engage with media, volunteers, and community stakeholders.
• Creativity, adaptability, and strategic thinking in handling fast-changing priorities.
