Job Summary
The Marketing & Communications Sr. Expert is responsible for managing complex communication and marketing projects that support the organization’s strategic goals. This role ensures consistent messaging, brand alignment, and effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
This job profile is intended for recognized subject matter experts in a job area. Responsibilities typically include managing large projects or processes with limited oversight from a manager, and coaching, reviewing, and delegating work to lower-level professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of marketing and communication strategies.
Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channels.
Oversee content creation for campaigns, events, and executive communications.
Collaborate with business units to align messaging with strategic priorities.
Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Mentor junior team members and ensure quality standards.
Skills & Qualifications
Typically a University degree (or equivalent work experience) and at least 8–10 years of relevant experience (or equivalent skills) are minimally required to carry out the role.
Expertise in corporate communications, branding, and marketing.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent writing, editing, and presentation abilities.
Experience with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
