Job DetailsJob Location: Austin, TX 78746Job Category: CorporateThe U.S. Marketing & Communications Manager leads the development and execution of Egis Americas’ external marketing and communications strategy, with a strong focus on building brand awareness, telling the Egis story, and supporting business growth across the U.S. market.
This role is responsible for shaping how Egis is positioned externally—across clients, partners, and industry stakeholders—through compelling storytelling, integrated marketing campaigns, and consistent brand execution. The role also leads an integrated marketing team spanning creative services, content, and events to deliver high-quality, on-brand outputs that elevate Egis’ presence and impact in the U.S.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing & Communications, Egis Americas, this individual works in close partnership with business leaders and the U.S. Internal Communications Manager to ensure alignment between internal culture and external brand positioning, particularly during periods of growth, integration, and transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee an integrated marketing and communications team. Provide clear direction, coaching, workflows, and performance management to ensure a high-performing, collaborative, and accountable team culture.
Execute the U.S. external marketing and communications strategy aligned with business priorities and growth objectives. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and support business development and client engagement. Oversee messaging and content development to ensure consistency and alignment with brand narrative.
Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all external communications and marketing materials. Ensure strong integration across content, creative, and events to deliver cohesive, multi-channel campaigns and brand experiences.
Partner with business leaders to develop high-impact campaigns and content that tells the Egis story and positions Egis across key sectors and markets, including project profiles, client or community success stories, and thought leadership. Partner with business development and regional leaders to support priority pursuits with tailored marketing strategies and materials.
Oversee content creation across external channels, including website, social media, PR, presentations, and marketing collateral.
Manage external communications such as press releases and announcements to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Oversee the execution and production of marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, sponsorships, conferences, and client events.
Track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing and communications initiatives. Analyze performance data to refine strategies, improve ROI, and increase brand impact. Ensure campaigns are data-driven, measurable, and aligned with overall brand and growth strategy.
Support external communications related to acquisitions, integration, and brand transitions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
8–12+ years of experience in marketing, external communications, or brand management, preferably within professional services, engineering, or consulting.
Experience leading and managing multidisciplinary teams (e.g., creative, content, events).
Exceptional storytelling and content development skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics into compelling narratives.
Strong understanding of integrated marketing, digital channels, and campaign execution.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, content management systems, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
