OverviewSaatchi & Saatchi’s is seeking a proven Account Director to lead key North America initiatives across a portfolio of high-profile brands. This role serves as a critical client partner, driving integrated marketing efforts and leading cross-functional teams to deliver breakthrough, business-driving work.

Responsibilities- Serve as a primary day-to-day client lead, building trusted relationships and providing strategic guidance across multiple workstreams
- Lead cross-functional teams (strategy, creative, project management, production) to deliver integrated, on-strategy, and on-time work
- Drive end-to-end project leadership, from research and insights through creative development to production
- Partner with integrated agency teams to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of high‑quality, strategically aligned work
- Anticipate client and business needs, proactively identifying opportunities and mitigating risks
- Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business, competitive landscape, and industry trends; stay alert to marketplace shifts
- Inspire confidence with clients and internal teams while identifying opportunities to grow the business
- Ensure operational excellence across timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Supervise junior account team members, fostering growth and strong team performance
Qualifications- 8 years of experience with demonstrated success of managing complex programs and multiple concurrent workstreams
- People management experience, with a proven ability to develop and mentor team members
- Strong command of project management principles and processes
- Working knowledge of AI-enabled tools to drive efficiency and elevate creative/strategic output
- Willingness to travel as needed

Compensation Range: $97,375- $155,961 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
