OverviewAt Saatchi & Saatchi, our Recruiter for Early Careers & Internship Programming plays a key role in identifying and supporting emerging talent. In this role, you will help attract, engage, and hire interns and entry-level candidates while promoting our employer brand across campuses and early career networks. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers and the Talent team to build strong candidate pipelines and create a positive experience for candidates at the start of their careers.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
- Recruitment Process
- Sourcing – Identify and engage entry-level candidates through college partnerships, job boards, social media, networking events, and early career programs. Help strengthen Saatchi & Saatchi’s brand among potential candidates.
- Recruiting – Full cycle recruiting responsibility for various levels of roles within the organization. Prepare and execute offers to candidates and work with Talent Team to process new hires. Assist with on-boarding processes as needed.
- Early Talent Programs
- Internship Program Coordination: Assist in planning and executing the summer internship program, including job postings, candidate selection, onboarding activities, and intern engagement events. Support mentorship and development initiatives for interns.
- Attraction and Retention – Participate in the ideation and execution of unique attraction and retention programs designed to highlight our offering in a competitive talent landscape.
- Training & Development – Support the coordination of training sessions related to interviewing, hiring best practices, and early career development for hiring teams and interns.
- Operational Support
- Contribute to various recruiting and talent-related projects, gaining exposure to different aspects of talent acquisition.
QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:
- 3- 5 years of experience in a full lifecycle recruiting role
- Strong interest in early careers, campus recruiting, or talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
- Creative thinking and enthusiasm for building engaging candidate experiences
- Embrace a culture of learning and working smarter with AI.
- Practical experience using AI tools and platforms (e.g., generative copy/visual tools, project automation, etc.) or demonstrated ability to quickly adopt and operationalize AI in Recruitment Cycle Processes.

Compensation Range: $75,000.00 - 85,000.00. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
