Overview:
Ketchum is looking for a real foodie. Responsibilities:
- Serve as point of contact for key clients
- Plan and lead integrated marketing projects; drive timelines and budgets
- Develop full range of written materials including media pitches, press releases, website updates, proposals, client correspondence and tracking reports
- Work closely with creative and production teams and outside vendors to execute print and digital projects so that they come in on schedule and on budget
- Brief media, creative and research staff and assist with the formulation of marketing strategies that meet the client’s creative brief
- Continually build understanding and knowledge of clients' business, competitive environments
- Provide strategic and creative ideas; engage in strategic planning on clients’ business and agency business
- Drive content for client meetings, industry events and trade shows, promotions, media relations
- Proven ability to manage account financials and maintain budget status reports
Qualifications:
We’re looking for required skills, and they can come from any combination of education and experience. Diversity of thought and background are encouraged. Typical qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing or a related field preferred
- Five- seven years of experience in public relations agency or similar position
- Very strong project management and writing skills required
- Experience in B2B marketing is a plus. Including foodservice, retail, ingredient (manufacturing) marketing and agricultural communications
The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, education, years of experience, past training, skills and abilities of applicant, internal equity and local geographic market data. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available. #LI-Hybrid
