We’re looking for a Brand Manager to champion the Primo Bacon portfolio, bringing strategy, creativity, and commercial acumen together to deliver category leading results.

In this role, you'll execute brand strategy, lead innovation from concept to launch, and collaborate cross‑functionally to bring best in class go to market plans to life. If you thrive in a fast paced environment and love turning insights into impact, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of strategic brand plans that strengthen brand equity and drive category growth.
Translate consumer and market insights into actionable recommendations that guide brand positioning, innovation priorities, and marketing activities.
Work with creative, media, and cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns on time, on budget, and supported by robust brand tracking.
Lead new product development and renovation projects from ideation through to launch, ensuring alignment with Stage Gate and IBP processes.
Partner with Sales to deliver strong go to market plans that maximise in store visibility and shopper engagement.
Monitor sales performance, market share, ROI, and promotional effectiveness to identify opportunities and potential risks.
Optimise campaign and brand strategy based on in‑market results and performance insights.
Manage the brand budget end to end, ensuring strategic allocation, accurate forecasting, and strong ROI across all initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

Degree in Marketing, Business, or Commerce.
3 - 5 years FMCG experience, ideally within food or beverage.
Demonstrated success delivering brand marketing and innovation initiatives with measurable business impact.
Strong storytelling and influencing skills with stakeholders across all levels.
A consumer centric, data driven mindset and strong commercial acumen.
Experience managing integrated campaigns from briefing to media activation and in‑market optimisation.
A resilient, proactive, and collaborative working style with excellent attention to detail and time management.
