The Role

Main responsibility:

1. Responsible for the management of the company's vehicles;

2. Responsible for the management of the company's fixed assets;

3. Responsible for the management of the company's office environment;

4. Responsible for Administration (General affair) department expenses management;

5. Responsible for the company's business trip planning work and reception work;

6. Other work assigned by leaders

Coordinate team: Sales, market, after-sales, financial and other departments.

The Requirements

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree, use of the English language for the daily work requirements on a 90%

basis;

2. More than 5 years working experience of administration or General affairs;

3. Other special requirement: service awareness, strong execution skills; Must hold a valid dring licence and be comfortable driving for work purposes.

Language: Fluent in English, Spanish professional level, Chinese will be a plus
